TRUNNION BEARING FLUID
Specifically formulated synthetic base product, designed to protect the shaft and bronze bearing for wear in all seasons, especially when bearing temperature rises due to mechanical issues. The high viscosity index provides superior film thickness, when temperatures rise to 240 degrees Fahrenheit and higher, maintaining fluid separation between shaft and bushing.
- The unique properties allow for ease of application in low temperature, and superior protection of components through a high film strength and viscosity index, when operating temperature increases beyond the limits of typical lubricants
- Extend service intervals and maximum equipment protection assure an increased productivity and equipment reliability.
- Easy to apply in cold conditions ; Extends drain intervals
- Excellent water separability properties, allows for easy water removal
- Compatible with petroleum and synthetic fluids. (not PAG's)
- Protects your bronze and brass components.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
Duration EP Synthetic Trunnion lubricants are blended with very high viscosity index base stocks and a premium EP (Extreme Pressure) additive package which provides superior lubricant performance at both high and low temperature extremes. Duration's shear-stable formulations include rust and corrosion inhibitors, anti-foam and demulsibility agents. Duration Synthetic base stocks have no aromatics rings and are naturally resistant to oxidation, which can form acids, sludge and other deposits that lead to lubricant degradation. Duration Synthetic industrial gear oils contain no waxes or V.I. improvers, which can cause excessive thickening at low temperatures and are completely compatible with typical mineral oils.
TEST PARAMETERS:
Meets or Exceeds: Industrial AGMA 9005-D94 specifications.
APPLICATIONS:
Industrial Trunnion bearings on Kilns, Calciners and Dryers. Anti-friction Bearings and Circulating Lube Systems. Provides excellent service in Heavy Duty Industrial drives.
Semi-Synthetic and Petroleum formulations are also available.
